Harlem Street
Platform moves Up Stage and turns so Rail is on the Up Stage Side. The Ball Park Structure comes in to create a Train Bridge. The Cyc flies out to reveal the real back wall of the theatre and to create a horizon line/sky over buildings. Brother has entered Harlem looking for Coalhouse. The Man leaning on the rail is Coalhouse's follower and will collect Brother. Maybe they jump over the rail and go off together. Men and Women drift in from the Club SL.
